- Only one plate can be entered per tab indicating plate name by naming the excel worksheet.
- Empty wells do not need to be indicated
- Upload a file that conforms to the template.
- Specify which sequences belong in the same well. Download our sample file to see an example.
In your sequence file enter 20 DNA bases immediately 5′ to the PAM sequence (NGG) of your target. Do not include the PAM sequence. Plates with fewer than 24 gRNAs will incur an additional plate handling fee.
